Help me out fellas!!!

I can get a Memphis c3 sub and a memphis mclass 500 amp. The problem is that sub is rated at 600 watt rms and the amp is pushin out 500watt rms. My question is will that 100 watts be a big difference in under powering the sub?box will be sealed built to specs by the way.

I'm more sq than spl. I may go ported but leanin more toward sealed.

it will be fine as long as you dont try to get more from that amp then it can put out and clip it
