Help me Make up my Mind

I can get a DEH-P8600MP for 300 bucks. Brand New, and I can get 4 years of Circuit City's extended warrenty (which is worth it imo)

OR

I can get a DEH-P860MP for 300 bucks. 2.5 volts more, as well as an additional year of pioneer warrenty...

I am wondering which is the better choice.
