Nothing works anymore

The wire the connect the amp to my h/e came off and touched a piece of metal while I was trying to pick it up. The h/u shut off immediately and I replaced the fuse when I got home. The h/u still does not turn on, and after looking for a blown fuse, taking em out. my automatic seatbelts does not move unless I have the key in the "ON" position. I triple checked all the fuses to make sure they are nice and snug. Usually the seatbelt moves to let me out when I open the door. also the stock clock in the dash does not work either.

Try replacing the fuse in your fusebox for the radio/seatbelts. Even though they may not look blown, they are still sometimes faulty.

Also, do you have a fusebox under the hood as well? Check out the fuses in there.
