Help me find a gaming pc motherboard combo

Ive had my eye on some boards to purchase for my next pc, but id like some fellow geek input. Im looking at this board right now :

Id like to stay with Intel Core 2 quad since apparently everyone says its faster than the AMD counterpart. Id also like to have at least 4 gig of memory that is as fast as it can go within reason (such as DDR-2 800 PC6400) since I dont know if its worth it to do the DDR3's yet or not.

Id like to find something cheaper than the $424 price, with similar features.

I haven't been to tigerdirect inawhile, but I would imagine that newegg would have cheaper prices for the same stuff.

They don't carry that motherboard, but there are TONS of really nice motherboards around in that price range.
