Help me figure out my cubic ft

OK my dimensions are

48"w

16"h

28" d

and the actual (inside the box) dimensions are

46.5"w

14.5"h

26.5"d

that gives me 10.3cubic ft and 10.1cubic ft per sub/chamber.

This box is for two 15" L7s, each has it's own chamber. What would be the exact cubic ft after port displacement.

Ports are two 6" aeroports 22" Deep.

Thanks but that didn't help much. All it really does it let me know how much I need to cut my ports and my total cubic ft (w/o ports displacement) which I already know. I want to know how much it will be after port displacement.

Im not sure of every thing though...my ports are 6" by 22"deep and it's two per sub. So would that be 264inches of port per sub!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif Can't be....I got this by doing 6" (diameter of port) by depth (22") and got 132 then multipled by 2 since it's two ports per sub...it can't be right though and if that's right then I have too much port area (i think).

Port area of a slot port would be width x height, which would give you the area of your port if it were a flat plane.

For a cylindrical port you would find the area of a circle, which would be pi*r^2

But port area doesnt give you volume... So I dont know why you are worried about that as it is.

Search google for the forumula to find volume of a cylinder, it is that simple.
