dude if you didnt like the t1510's why are you gonna do the 1510's? you know they are exactly the same right? the t/s parameters are the same just the magnet was shortened up a bit but still the same size motor.

DD's. Cant go wrong running the 1508's. 1200 is just fine on them. If I was a little more patient, I would have put the AQ2200 on the 2 I have. But, I couldnt help but jump at the price of that Sundown1200D.

The ssi is one of my favorite drivers. It sounded good to me and was incredibly loud for what i was expecting!

they are not exactly the same. heres what i was told from a dd expert...................... Well the regular 1500s are going to be more capable than the t series simply because they sustain full extent of the magnetic flux over more of the path that the voice coil takes in moving back and forth. This makes a difference along the bottom end of the response.

imo the 1508's are the best out of the 1500 series. if you want to stick to the 1500's then id go for the 1508's.

if you want to do 10's then i would go with the 2510's all day long. the 2510 is 10X the sub compaired to the 1510 imo.

i ran a 2510 on a mtx 81000d for a few months in my s-10 and it was quite impressive and took the power great. i even ran it in the wifes car on a 6500d and it did very well on 500rms as well.

i currently have a 1508 in her car with the 81000d and that little son of a ***** gets it good for an 8"

with all that, if you want the 1500 series, go with 1508's

if you want 10"ers, go with the 2510's and be done with it.
