Another question why black? Is this going to be a daily driver? I'm not sure where you live but i will never ever own another black car. I'm extremely anal about my car and the visibility of dirt and stone nicks drove me crazy. Black looks only good clean and from about 10 feet away. Once a black car has about 30-40k here in the northeast forget about it. The cinders in the winter will eat the paint alive.

Are you planning on doing many modifications to them? If so I highly recommend the cobra, one hell of a strong block and rotating assembly, been known to handle 750rwhp on stock lower end, which is pretty nutty. And will be the cheapest to modify, only downfall is the IRS when you start making major power, but then again the other 2 cars are IRS as well.
I would mod what ever I got but that would be a loooooooooong time down the road as I'd be more focused on just making the car payments.

And from what i've seen, the cobra is DEFINITELY the cheapest to modify. The kenne bell kit for the vette is up in the $7000's and the one for the cobra is only $3600, plus the m3 turbo kits are like $7000+

I just love black, its my favorite color on just about every car. And the car will be stored in a heated garage for the winters, my 5.0 is stored there right now.

basically buy the M3 and put the VF enginerring supercharger on it with water to air intercoolerand it will slap the other 2 cars every way and twice on sundays

I own BMWs so I know a bit about them

BMWs are still the benchmark for front engine rearwheel drive cars in the world bar none:wow:
I guarantee dropping the same amount of money into the stang as the m3 will yield much higher HP and TQ, and would be able to put away the m3 no problem. You underestimate the terminator.

So... what you're saying is you're biased and slightly crazy? lol the benchmark for front engine RWD cars in the world. A lot of people would argue other cars for sure.

I like black too. In fact i think black cars look the best when pampered, all things being equal, but i would never have another black car as a daily driver here in the NE, just too anal about my car.

VF Engineering stage 1 supercharger kit for an e46 M3 is around $10k. An HPF750 Turbo Kit around $15k.

Yeah, worry about the car payments first. Don't forget insurance //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

I would suggest looking into HP performances twin turbo kit, it has a ton of head room with less parasitic loss, will most likely yield a nice improvement in the fuel economy department as well.

Vetts are good 2nd cars....not all that practical if that's all you drive. The Cobra is probably going to have the best bang for your buck performance wise, but the BMW will have the nicer overall build and interior.

I would be one of those people, and AM is biased about many things be it steg or BMWs:rolleyes:

I'm really not that big on doing burnouts. I just really like being thrown back in the seat while I'm rolling down the road. I actually have never done a burnout in my 5.0.
I was merely stating that that guys comment about tires being more expensive for the vette and stang were simply retarded. But as far as you never doing a burnout in your stang, that is just sad man. I can not resist a nice smoky burnout in my grand national.

I just love the sound of a kenne bell and it can go up to 26 psi which is pretty sweet for the price. Plus on the stock motor when you switch over to the kb from the eaton, you will gain 70ish horse on the same boost levels.
