Ok, so sometime next summer/spring, I may be getting a new car. I'm sick of my old cars breaking down so much. I'm not even for sure going to be buying anything but I would really like to so don't quote me on this.

Right now I can't really decide what I want, what ever I get though, will be black.

The choices I'm stuck with are:

02-04 Corvette Z06 I'm not really sure if I like the roofline of this as much as the coupe.

I'm open to any other suggestions you guys have also. Anything below 30,000

i don't know that those cars are going to be a whole lot of improvement as far as reliability goes, and maintenance on any of them would cost a fortune.

of those three, I would go with the BMW M3......might look into an M5 also

I have a fox body mustang and an eagle talon... all of those should be leaps and bounds ahead in reliability.

Dude it has to be a the bimmer whack on a VF engineering supercharge and intercooler bugger the vette and cobra the M3 will burn them i own like 3 bmws and have another coming BMWS M3 ARE THE PINNICLE OF DRIVEING PREFORMANCE

Under $30k for an 03 M3 is a great deal. What's the mileage? It needs to be dropped a bit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Also repairs on BMWs aren't that bad if you know a great indy shop.

I can't comprehend what you just typed.

i have been in and drove an 02 vette and an 03/04 cobra. that terminator block with the supercharger is pure ***. You have a fox body and you will love the stang i promise you, atleast take it for a test drive. i have had 2 mustangs and would take the cobra but the m3 hmmmm

theres literally hundreds of them for under 30 on autotrader.

I would pick the M3. But test drive them all and see which you like the best.
All of them would have to be ordered in to where I live so I would get what I want exactly so I can't really test drive them.

I was so stuck on the cobra/m3 thing for a while now, but then I thought about the vettes and now thats in my head pretty good now too.

Are you planning on doing many modifications to them? If so I highly recommend the cobra, one hell of a strong block and rotating assembly, been known to handle 750rwhp on stock lower end, which is pretty nutty. And will be the cheapest to modify, only downfall is the IRS when you start making major power, but then again the other 2 cars are IRS as well.

I test drove an '03 M3 vert about 2 weeks ago. Dealership wanted $34k and wouldnt budge. It drove like pure ***.

basically buy the M3 and put the VF enginerring supercharger on it with water to air intercooler

and it will slap the other 2 cars every way and twice on sundays

I own BMWs so I know a bit about them

BMWs are still the benchmark for front engine rearwheel drive cars in the world bar none:wow:

I would deffinately go with the M3. It's a little more practical and the owner expenses will be a little more friendly. I could only imagine replacing the tires on the Mustang or the 'Vette.
And how exactly will the cost of the tires magically be more on the vette or stang? Don't get me wrong I love M3s but tires are tires, if you abuse them(i.e burnouts) they will be expensive no matter the car, all 3 are capable of some wicked burnouts.
