Help me decide on a HU please

Budget is $2000. Car is a 2001 Infiniti i30 with stock BOSE double din.

Goal - I would like a radio that has nav, ipod controls, and bluetooth that isnt crap. I think the i30 uses a BOSE amp for the speakers that I need to bypass with some sort of harness/adapter?

Questions - Should I replace my speakers? Suggestions? I do want to get some sort of LCD screen for my son in the backseat. One that I can play movies on. Will any HU allow me to play movies to a screen in the back? Would I be able to plug in external sources like a ps3 or something if I wanted?
