Help me choose my new install

Hey guys,

Soon i will be getting my first car (1997 Hyundai Coupe) and am starting to plan out my sound system and need some help choosing the parts.

I have about $1750 Aus Dollars to spend

Subwoofers:

2 Pioneer's in a sealed wedge shaped box-$298

(One of my friends has one of these amps in his car and i was actually very surprised with it)

Could you please tell me what you personally would change and if i've left any thing crucial out.

Also would i need an extra battery for this install?

i personally wouldn't run those woofers, i'd rather run either of the MTX on that very same website....if i knew the currency change between there and US it would help alot

well id get the Pioneer Premier version of this... the model name is TS-W126C... it's slightly more expensive but has a better build quality AFAIK

i have one and i like it

i would just buy two type rs, get a custom ported box for about 300-350 total shipped by spkrman, and then buy a like 2 kenwood kac 1952d mono channel amp for them.

Two type R Dual 2 0hm - 300 Brand New

Two KAC 1952D AMps(900w Rms at 2 ohm) - 400 Brand New

O Gauge wiring kit - 80

Custom Box - 350

Any Head Unit - 200

Capacitor - 100

Total is 1430 without speakers for your car. OR you could just get one type r that would match the bass or even better the bass of those two subs combined
