I'd say neither and spend more to get a better set - if you wanna stay around that price range these have been insanely popular here lately:

PHOENIX GOLD RSd 65cs

They're around $100 shipped, supposedly guaranteed in stock, and da bomb for budget comps. I haven't listened to them, but if you do a search you'll find they're pretty highly regarded. I haven't done business with dimensionaudio on ebay, but hopefully someone will chime in w/some feedback here.
