Help me choose between a couple setups

Ok I have a 93 camaro, Im willing to fill up the entire trunk for a system. What im going for is a very loud system,with decent sound quality.

First setup

Both of these setups will be using a panasonic H/U. And I havent found door speakers yets.

Setup 1, hands down. But which BTL are you gonna get?

You're going to need more power if you end up with a BTL, regardless of size.

I dont know yet, either a 10 or 12. Which do you think would be best for a camaro? A guy told me yesterday that 1 10 would be the best for me because it would give more room. And how much more power? Also I will be getting it fully optimized if I get a BTL.

Def. set-up #1 but can I suggest upgrading to the Hifonics Bxi2006 to help power that beast?

Yeah I didnt even notice, the amp I listed was for their 1000watt subs. I will be upgrading to the bxi2006 for the BTL setup. I just cant decide between a 10 or 12. A 12 will make the low bass sound alot better then a 10 right?

The 10" BTL is only for SPL....so count that out.

Well it will be a daily driver too, and Im pretty sure a 12 would fit fine in the trunk. Would that be a good system?

Bump..Just for shits and giggles I went down to a local audio place that does custom everything. I told them to give me an estimate on a good system for my camaro. He said only 1 rockford fosgate t1 12 would fit in the back of a camaro... Anyways for a fosgate t1 12,punch 500 watt 2 chan amp, punch 400 watt 4 chan amp,boston sl 6.5'' speakers(3),wires,and a custom box and amp rack for.......2640 dollars..LOL. Now get this, on the estimate its 500 for the custom box, then 200 dollars for parts of the box/amp rack. Talk about ripping people the **** off...

I would recommend you getting a BL instead of a BTL since you would need a lot of power for the BTL.

And yeah, car audio shops always think your are another noob with no clue on prices and will therefore try to rip your *** off.

If I need more power then ill get a stronger amp.. Since that guy said only 1 t1 12 would fit in my trunk... Im thinking about getting 2 BTL 10's, or 1 12. Hope to god theres enough for room that. Im gonna go out and get the width/length/height real quick.

I just want this sytem to be LOUD, shaking the car next to me. So the only thing im really stuck on is 2 10s, or 1 12, to fit in a 93 camaro.

So you guys really think I should go with BLs? I mean getting a higher powered amp is fine by me.
