Help me choose a replacement headunit.

Hi guys I have a toyota avalon '03 with the jbl system which includes an amp/sub , I know they are not very good lol.. but now that money is tight I only can upgrade the head unit and keep using the stock amp/speakers. My future plans are to replace front speakers with a component set, on the rear replace them with a 2 way speakers, and replace the stock 8" sub with my old trusty COMP VR 12". Don't know yet if I will run 2 separate amps or a 5 channel.

For my current budget my choices are JVC KW-R900BT (Refurbished), Clarion CZ702 and Pioneer DEH-X8600BH or something else around $110~$140 bucks ?

My primary need right now is connect my android phone via usb,aux or bt and of course improve a bit the sound quality.. So which one you guys think will be a good choice.
