help me build my system

Ok, I'm building a little system for my 2005 single cab GMC sierra. I am leaning towards a single 12 in the 150-175 dollar range. It's going to go behind the passenger seat, and i have about 6.5 inches for mounting depth. I realize that the little space limits my sub selection, but I want a sub with awesome sq with a touch of spl. I like it clear and loud. So far ive narrowed down to the mb quart pwe302 or the jl audio 12w3v3, but i have limited knowledge and was just looking at the specs and reviews to come to this conclusion.

The box will be a sealed box that i'm going to build once i know what sub, and the specs i need to meet.

Now the amp is next. I and leaning towards the soundstream TRX2.640

or the RUB2.600. Both of them can be bought at very good prices through ebay or woofersetc....etc. I don't want to have to upgrade my alternator, but i'm not opposed to adding a capacitor. I want a amp that produces good quality that doesn't break the bank, around the 200-250 dollar range.

So tell me what you guys think. I want solid educated answers, not a brand war with biases opinions. Oh, i guess i should add that i listen to basically everything from rock to rap, even a little techno.

Yeah i used to work at Best Buy and we had this woofer. I think im looking for something a little better. Thanks for the suggestion.

It doesn't have to be a shallow mount, just something under 6.5 inches.

I've heard this sub and wasn't that impressed. I want something better than that.

Caps are useless to a sense, If you search you will find many reasons how its almost better to not have one than to have one

No, i have 6.5 inches inside the box. i've already made a sketch of the box, and got the max depth i could.
