Help me build a system

I am completely new to speakers basically. I put Alpine coaxials in my last car which certainly gave an improve over my stock speakers but now I want to go slightly better. I am looking to put a 2-way component system in the front and probably go coaxials in the back. My car has a stock Bose system but I think I will need to replace the amp as well. This will be running off of a stock headunit.

Please suggest a system (front comps and back coaxials) that would sound great for under $350 and then an amp that would sufficiently power it.

Personally what I'd do is get the Pioneer premier PRS 6.5s up front, get some ok 6x9s in the rear and power it with an infinity 4ch (pretty powerful for the moeny) or buy a 4 ch off of this site in the classifieds. http://www.millionbuy.com/piotsc720prs.html

Really I'd put whatever for 6x9's, it was just on the same page and was about you'r budget. That system would sound great.
