I have two 10 inch Audiobahn AWT10x
They are in a ported box that sucks. Box is tuned terribly low.
Current external box dimensions are 29 wide 15 high 20 deep.
Port width is 1.75 inches by 11 inches tall, and is 16.7 inches deep.
Could anyone tell me what that comes out to tuning wise in hertz?
Anyway, I want to build a new L ported box tuned near 40 hertz.
The dimensions i posted above for that box are also the MAX dimensions of the new one. That size or anything smaller is fine.
29 x 15 x 20.
I've tried myself to calculate this, I actulley had someone help me with this but I kind of want to learn myself, it's just not working very well lol.
I was told if i used those dimensions and made a 4 inch wide port 14.5 inches deep and then went left 7 inches that I would have a box tuned to 40 hertz. I wish I knew how to calculate that myself because thats not at all what I get.
