Help making a decision

I have to decide between an mtx 9512-44 and an hdc312 copper coil. 250 for the mtx or 195 for the aq. Which would you choose. Both mint.

Just picked up the aq. I listen to a little of everything. I already have the box built 2.56 net tuned to 40. Last time I ran aq I tuned to 40 and it sounded pretty good in a ext cab silverado. This is going in a jeep wrangler hard top. Hopefully it will sound better than my mojo sounded in this box.
