help make fitness plan??

if you want a good place to start as far as how far to run, walk, swim, ride...just do it, do it until your heart rate is pumpin' get exhausted and do the same thing the next day...and slowly you will notice that that distance is becoming less tiring, less stressfull...then you add...

situps/pilates...other core stuff...see how many you can do, at the beginning do about half your max 4 times a day...so, do the most you can do, then cut that number in half, and do that 3-4 times waiting 2 minutes in between sets, but dont stay laying down, stand up and walk around, you want your muscles to keep working during rest time or they will contract and you will have more trouble getting to the next set...
