HELP Insallation Suggestions

Ok so im new to the audio industry and this is going to be my first install. Im getting 2 12in subs orion xtr aand a 1000watt amp powring both. 300 watt amp to runs the speakers on the inside and the reciever. The subs will be in a ported box. My questions is, should i face the subs when you open the trunk and look outward or should i have them face into the cabin ad move all the air into the cabin.

agreed.simple accustics. bass is non directional but the more you can increase the wave length the better.
