!HELP! - Im new to this.

Hello all.

I've decided to put some bass in my car.

I got some pretty decent product knowlegde looking around websites and such, but there are so many subs and amps to choose from, I really dont know where to start, which brands are good, things like that.

Im looking to spend around 200-300 bucks on subs alone, i was thinking about getting 2. 12's or 15's, can some one point me in some positive directions?

Well, lets say, i drive a truck, that has a locked canvas cover for the back, so size dont matter. AMP , i also plan on spending around 150-200 for that as well. i havnt decided on anything, i was gonna start with the subs, and build from there. of course sound quality is important also. i thought it was given. why would one want to drive around and sound like shit? getting the wrong kind of looks. i would like nice quality, but loud as well.

if your spending around $200-300 I suggest 12's or 1 quality 15

Like i said, i am so new, its not even funny. Its not exactly a canvas cover, its one of those Leer covers, makes trucks look like SUV's sorta. it has windows, to the back that would be open. Basically I drive an SUV and they be sitting in the trunk, is a better discription of the location. Its a Toyota Tacoma. And those prices are just estimates.
