i dont see how u can break the sunroof... glass is preatty hard man specially if u tint it. what car is it btw?

Here's what I would do.

1. Get a sunroof.

2. Reinforce the underside of it somehow around the sunroof mount...extra welding/plates perhaps.

3. Turn it down *gasp!*
