i never gift paypal, period. no exceptions, there are even some i would trust, but still won't. if you are in the position to gift, then it's no different just adding the fees on top of the price instead. keeps my paypal cleaner, and many times i get shipping updates, etc.

It's Very different when there isn't a gun involved! Still some messed up ish to do to someone.

If you file charges and it goes to court, you have to go to court in his town. Not worth it. Just get the money back from PayPal, and don't trust em unless they've sold before. Don't be afraid to ask around about a guy. We all hate scammers equally. Bummer to see this happen guys, I hope you have your money back soon!

don't worry, if i would gift, i woould gift you no prob, it's just a lot easier to have a rule and stick to it....funny thing, just after the post, someone gifted me money before reading my sig, lol....
