Help! I bought from a seller on here 2 weeks ago and...

I have not received the product yet. The username of the seller is Hilltownboss. I've been trying to contact them but to no avail. What is going on here? They up and vanished after I sent the payment through paypal. Did I get e-jacked? What can I do about this situation?

It said this dude was a senior vip member and had been on the forums for a while with an okay post count so I trusted him. Though I did not pay via gift donation
