I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado, after market head unit, alpine amp, kicker comp r sub, everything is wired up, just tired of the hard bass on some songs so I’m adding the knob. Bought a metra LOC How do i do that as far as tapping in and all that?
Thanks!

I use one like it for my old school amps. Easy hook-up and reliable.

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC. Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M
