help for a rook??

i was talkin to this guy today who said that you can hook two subs up to a mono block amp. Is this true?

you can hook up as many subs as you'd like to a mono amp, so long as they're the right resistance.

even single 4ohm subs? cuz i got two jl w3v34's and i am probably gonna go ahead and buy a mono 500watt jl(cant remember what series it was)

yeah just wire em in parallel to the amp to 2 ohms, and you're golden.

haha yeah people told me but i got them for a deal from my buddy who movin. He sold me them both for $200 pretty much brand new, he only had them for two months. Yeah it is the 500/1(slash v2, just checked the jl website)
