i take it you don't like rap?
Not so much... It isn't that I don't like it, but it really doesn't fit my listening habits or why I listen to music. If I do listen to rap it is on my computer or in my car which means all I need is MP3 or FLAC files.

Rarely do I listen to it on my stereo.

Yeah, ditch some of those Greatest Hits and get the originals //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

If you like Zep, no reason why you shouldn't have IV.

Magic is a really odd album to have if you don't have any other Springsteen albums - some of the worst production quality I think I've ever heard from him. "Born in the USA" or "The River" are a lot more listenable.

Dire Straits' self titled album.

Dave Matthews - Some Devil?

Steve Hoffman did a heck of a job with the DCC version of "Aqualung"...instead of having a Tull "best of".

I don't know how big of a Doors fan you are, but the DVD-A Perception box set sounds amazing. Worth every bit of the 7GB it takes up.

More Miles Davis? "Birth of the Cool", "Sketches of Spain", or "*****es' Brew"?

Dave Brubeck fan at all? "Time Out"'s worth a listen...

Doing this without knowing what you have on vinyl doesn't make sense //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Good input there.

I plan on doing an inventory of my Vinyl soon. What I posted is only part of my database I made. It includes disk condition, case condition, date purchased, price paid, original artwork, complete sets, etc etc.

Also...is that a Tool album I see in there? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

You gotta come over sometime man for some listening, decide what you like outta my collection, and then I can either get you the FLAC or you can consider getting a hardcopy.

I want to get all of those Davis records you listed... I'm not that big of a fan of Brubeck, but I'd still merc one of his albums.

But, you should check out A Tribe Called Quest, you might like them. They're pioneers of Hip Hop... not the stuff they play on the radio, they're old school. Also, check out Deftones if you haven't.

Against Me! (Their older stuff is much better. If you can get your hands on a digital copy of their Self-titled EP, consider yourself lucky. I've only found it once and I've burnt like 12 copies because I can't find it again. It's horrible sound quality, but I love it so much.)

Animal Collective (They're a strange bunch. A very unique sound that few actually like. But I love them.)

Beach Boys

Beatles

Big D & The Kid's Table

And I can't believe you don't have Bob Marley! SHAME!

Boston

Bud Powell

Cat Power (My ex got me into them, stfu.)

Catch 22

Daft Punk

Damian Marley (He has a few good tracks. My personal favorite is his Welcome To Jamrock album.)

The Distillers (My all time favorite angsty punk band.)

Gregory And The Hawk (I only like her Boats & Birds EP, and only a few songs from that EP, but Boats & Birds is an amazing song.)

Hot Hot Heat

Incubus

India.Arie

Infected Mushrooms

Iron & Wine

IRON MAIDENNNN

Jefferson Airplane

Jimi Hendrix

Kaki King (Real original guy. It's amazing ambient music.)

No Deftones? I see you're also missing the Crystal Method's Vegas CD. Get the 2 disc reissue. I found a torrent for it on isohunt. You're also missing the Battle of Los Angeles from your RATM collection.

No B.B. King?

Also, check out Coheed and Cambria, any of their 4 albums. Really good prog rock band, and one of my favorites.

Circa Survive, any album, another one of my favorites.

Belle & Sebastian - Tigers Milk

Death Cab for Cutie - Transatlanticism

Man Man - Any one of their albums

Rush - 2112

Err... I'm sure I will think of more, those are just off the top of my head.

Haha, Trey, most of that music you listed I love.

I reformatted a while back, and lost all my music. All of this music is my ex girlfriend's / best friend's music.

Agreed with this here. Since you have the unit pulled out of the car/dash...test it at your car battery directly for operation. very simple to do...

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC. Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M
