Help Directed amp in valet mode?

i bought a directed 800 watt amp and the error code has to do with an alarm it was hooked up to in valet mode or somthing anyone know about this kinda stuff? ive never heard of an amp being in valet mode but

if it's the d800 i see nothing in the manual about it being in valet mode. which amp is it exactly?

ewwwww just foune wh ich amp u have. your gonna hve to go to a directed dealer with a bitwriter to clear that. hopefully the amp wasn't stolen.

it was either stolen or removed while armed, but most likely stolen,.. It might take some searching for a dealer with a bitwriter seeing as not all dealers have one... albeit, the ones that do will probably charge a fee

well i found the problem... it wasnt in valet mode, the remote wire didnt even have 1 volt on a brand new kenwood kdc x9994 i used the blue remote control / sterring wheel control power wire and it wasnt enough to turn the amp on . i jumped the + to remote and the amp fired right up
