help clarifying strapping amps

i know how to strap the amps but i could use some clarity on what exactly the wires labeled 1, 2, and 3 are connected to in the following diagram....for instance wire 1 is connected to which terminal on the top amp?

by the way....in the diagram the left 2 speaker wire terminals are negative and the right two are positive

Since the two + & - terminals on the amps are connected internally it doesn't matter which you connect to externally. Wire 1 will run from Master amp + (either one, it doesn't matter, they're both connected internally) to sub +. Wire 2 will run from sub - to Slave amp -. Wire 3 will run from Master amp - to Slave amp -.

i got some clarity from IA...... sub + to master amp +, sub - to slave amp +, then jumper from master - to slave -

Yes Sir....might wanna use a decent size wire for the jump or double up if small...if you have big amps
