Help choosing external crossovers

Hey guys I'm thinking of getting a set of Cadence CVL64MBX mids and CVLT 60 tweeters. My headunit isn't active capable so I need some external crossovers. I know nothing about getting one that doesn't come in a component set so I need yalls expert advice please. Thanks in advance for the help.

That might work, but you need both a high pass filter and a low pass filter for the mids. This is what you get with a high pass filter on your amplifier and the filtering built into a passive crossover that's included in a component set.

Are you set on running the mids and tweeters active? Usually people upgrade to an active capable head unit if they can't afford a DSP, which is what you should have instead of that CXR7 crossover.

If you don't want to run active then you need passive crossovers. You can dislike my posts all you want but I'm giving you the facts.
