Help choosing an amp

Looking to hear what people would recommend for amping a set of id cxs64 v2. They are rated at 125 rms.

Currently trying to decide between these 2, but i am also open to any better suggestions in the 300 dollar price range. Links are below amd thanks ahead of time.

With those amps, you will not be able to go active...as far as I know. I am thinking of going active and was told that I need a dedicated amplifier channel for each driver. Thus, you would need a four channel amplifier. Personally, I like Arc Audio and you can get a new Xdi 804 for under $200 on Ebay. It is 4 channels, 85 watts RMS at 4ohms, and now you can go active if so desired.
