Help choosing a subwoofer

Okay so I have been doing reaserch on subs for quite a while and have some options I need help going through, I am still open to suggestions but have a very limited budget (100 to 150 per sub)

This is what I currently have:

Jvc kd-r970bt head Unit

Random speakers for front and rear

And a audiopipe apcl1500d (1 ohm 1375 watts rms)

I should add that I can only buy from Crutchfield and Amazon because I live in Hawaii and they are the only people that offer free shipping here.

What I am currently looking at:

Pioneer champion series pro 12 w3003d 600rms

American bass tnt 1244 600rms sub

Power acoustic mofo 124x 1700rms (probably a lie)

Rockford Fosgate P3D4 12 600rms

All are available on amazon for pretty cheap I would have just bought my original subs that I wanted (the pioneer champions) but amazon doesn't ship those for free and there super cheap so thus why I have search these other options so considering on paying the over priced shipping to Hawaii.
