Help choose next setup

Ok I thought I would be happy with my Q off 1k but its just not enough. I really have no use for my backseat so i figured I may as well fill it with subs. I will stay under the window line which equates to a maximum of 16 cubes but i dont need to use it all. I have roughly 2200rms to work with, I want to get loud but i'm not looking to compete, if I could see 145-146 i would be rather happy. I really would like to do a DP 21 or 18, but i would also consider a pair of 15's. I dont want to add any power as I dont really have more than $800 to spend on the subs and box. What would you all do with the amount of space and power i have.
