Help building passive components

Looking for someone to help me put together a passive set of 6.5 components for my front doors. I've heard you can put together a better sounding set through madisound or parts express for cheaper money, but the crossover part confuses me.

I only have experience with the jbl ms-62c set and the jbl p660 set of speakers.

Woofers will be going in the doors and tweets in the sail panels.

I have 100 watts rms to work with but could always buy another amp in the future.

So yea idk if it's possible but if someone could link some pieces together for me that will outperform my previous sets for around the same price, that would be great

Always hear good things about silver flutes and seas or vifa tweeters but I have no idea about what crossovers to use with what tweeters ect. Ect.

Passive crossovers are designed with a process. It's not just about picking components. It's comparable to designing a subwoofer enclosure for your specific desired response and power available. Nobody gets that right by "ballparking" it unless their goals are vague.

I recommend you run the speakers active and tune them with a capable head unit or a dsp, like most people do it.

Ive heard nothing but good reviews about both of those Jbl sets. I actually plan on getting a set of the p660c's. Whats didnt you like about them? Or are you just itching to try something new?

The tweeters on the ms62 set would break up when I listened to certain guitar riffs, especially old AC/DC. It drove me crazy because for 90% of the music I threw at them they performed flawlessly and I was running them passive. For $160 or whatever they cost me they were an absolute steal.

I actually switched them out for the p660's because I heard the midbass was better and they could handle more power and play louder. I should have never switched because IMO the midbass was severely lacking in comparison to the ms62's. Again, IMO, the p660 set did absolutely nothing better then the ms62s. I would buy another pair in a minute and be perfectly content running them passive again, but now they are discontinued and more expensive.
