HELP! Audison LRX 4.5 Amp Settings

Is there anyone that can help me set the dip switches for my Audison LRX 4.5 Amp? I've attached a pic on it. Here's what I'm going to install. Focal P 165 V30 with the Focal XOvers for the front and Hertz HCX 690 for the rears. So 4 channel setup on a 4 channel amp. Need recommended dip switch configs for the A/B Channels and recommended crossover points would be nice. Also where do I plug my RCA into this amp for the 4 channel setup. The amp has A CH/Bypass/B CH. Any assistance would be truly grateful. Let me know if anything is unclear. All processed thru JBL MS-8
