Mr. Low End Monster!
guys i got 5 audiopipe ap 15001d's and im only wanting to hook up 2 tonight guys but i had bad luck with the 2 together! i dont know how to strap these **** amps i got the manuals but im running isobaric and i have no clue in hell in how im going to wire the subs out of phase if i dont use the negative terminal on each amp?

but can i run these amps seperate and gain match? it would be much easier that way to me. the amps dont have line input and line output like most amps. they got the **** bridge in and out crap. i dont know how to strap these running an isobaric configuration so id rather just run 1 amp on each sub gain matched!

Do they have master/slave capabilities? If not you have to buy an link system for multiple amplifiers. Hifonics Maxxlink works well. If they are master/slave capatable, all positive sub wires connect to the master amp positive. All negative sub wires connect to the slave positive and a jumper cable from the negative terminals of boths amps. Master amp will have crossover control.

WTF? just wire the + and - up reversed at the sub

****it looking at the audiopipe straping diagram confuses me it only uses + and+ and the two - - and connected together in hte diagram. is it a WAY i can run these amps individually? screw all this strapping crap id rather just run 1 amp per iso pair of subs gain matched. but i hooked both amps up like normal and only 1 amp is working. but i test each amp individual on each different set of iso set and all amps and subs work. ?

This method is actually harder b/c even tho they are the same amps, they dont pull the same current (Learned this the hard way). Getting them to match in power is a pain in the @ss. If power gains dont match, then the subs will be out of phase. Straping and linking amplifiers are the best and easiest ways to run multiple amps at the same power.

like i said i never strapped any amps before and it looks like im gonna have to wire my subs in series then iso!!!!!! man i cant even begin to think how the hell im gonna wire that crap!

Okay, dont listen to the book. Your amps have master/slave capabilities. Turn 1 amp to master and the othe to slave. Connect your RCA jacks to the master slave as well as the bass remote. Connect another RCA jack form the master output to the slave input. (Jack turminal should be located close to the master/slave switch and it should have an arrow or line showing which jack to use.) Now on both amps, us 1or 2 8 guage speaker wire to connect both negatives outputs on both amps. The master amp is your positive and the slave amp is your negative. Connect the sub wires to their respective amps. (+ to +, - to -). The master amp controls the cross over.
