Help Asap

Is 250 watts rms by 4 channels at 4 ohms from an Audiobahn amp (A4801T) too much power for a pair of Boston Acoustic Pro60 (120 watts rms) components and a pair of Infinity Kappa 6x9's (110 watts rms)??? Thanks....and if you say something bad about or even good about Audiobahn, please explain why..Thanks again....also, if it is in fact just too much power, could I just turn the gain down???
