Help Asap Wtffff

I have 2 sx 12"s and an orion 1200d currently hooked up. My one sub i took out today because I was going to send in to get repaired because the rubber came off a lil bit from the cone so it didnt move as much as the other. I keep the other sub on, but its not as loud of course. I ended up unhooking the other (so no system..)I ended up finding out that the cost of shipping all that shit and stuff that it wouldnt be worth it.... So i go back to hook everything up, and NIETHER sub plays.... WTF I try all diff types of wiring configs and shit. I had 1 pos and 1 neg wire and tried it in each sub seperately to see if maybe i one sub went bad idk... The amps power light IS ON and the fuses are all good. How could something like this happen? I figured maybe i did shit on my deck but nope, checked that out too. Any ideas what could have happened within that quick amount of time?

Gonna replace the speaker wires tomorrow, not sure if thats it I have no clue. Goin to the auto shop too to put on some 20"s so I'll be able to have em MM my amp n shit
