which one would be the best? its for a 10" does the 05 and 06 have a big difference i would be hooking this up to a bx605 at 1 ohm (600 RMS)

welll im looking at the box and it is for a l5, but if i want a L7 will it fit?

because the mounthing depth on a L7 is 6-3/16" and the L5 is 6 "

and the box specs say its 6 3/8" for mounting depth will this work even though there is a very small space to spare?

i really think you need to realize that the 10"l7 2005 = the 10" l5 2006. the 06 l5 has the same specs for the most part as the 05 l6 . that is what kicker did this year. improved the l7 and moved the tech from the l 7 to the l 5 for this year.

why are u getting a prefab in the first place? if u do a search on the forum, it is best to either let an experienced builder (jordan_tyler) to build your enclosure or just build it yourself. You will get wayyy better results than using a prefabricated POS.

the 06 L7's are way way way underrated as far as power handling, i've got ~1000 rms going to each of my 15" L7's (06) and they hardly move.

Kicker needs to update those specs, cause i know what a full-tilt L7's supposed to sound like, and this isn't 1/2 of it.

but u wont be able to get that full quality and performance from your sub. it would be a waste.
