Help! Are Pioneer Faceplates interchangeable ??

I have a Pioneer deh-p3100 and one of the buttons just quite functioning and totally f**ked up my stereo. It the Left button on the 4 way selector switch that adjust the sound back to the LEFT.

Right now, my stereo is STUCK in the ALL Right configuration. I had just finished installing some speakers and was in the middle of testing them out.

So, I apparently NEED a new Faceplate for the DEH-P3100.

If I can't find a replacement, are other Pioneer Faceplates interchangeable with this model ?
