help and advice about 15's

i need some help from some car audio veterans. i am going to put 4 15's in a 95 millenia. i am also going to put them on a memphis 1000d( until i add a second 1000d in about a month or so) do you think that this will be capable of high enough spl to win or place in local competitions. either way i want to compete but more importantly i want to be heard by people before i get there. do you think people will hear me coming with this bass setup and from about how far if you have a ballpark estimate.

i also have all memphis highs(6x9's and 5x7's) on memphis 100 amp

first off that is a bad *** car man. that is my late night cruising car that i take around town... 4 15"s in a millenia is stupid though. in my opinion. i am running 3 12"s right now and they pound like a mother. if you want 15"s then go with some high quality 15"s that will hit hard if you are just going for SPL go with something like Kicker L7's or something like that. but hey man thought i would try and help.
