Help - amplifier doesn't work

i have a jensen A400HXL amp and it stopped working the light on it is now red rather than green and the sub pops every couple of seconds as the light flashes i checked all the wires nothing got crossed. i'm not sure what happened can i save the amp or is it trash

It is in protect mode if the light is red, it is probably trashed.

usually when my Amp turns red (protection mode) the remote wire ground or power.. is loose..

Disconnect the sub from the amp. If it stays in protect mode with nothing connected to it, there's a problem with the amp. If it will come on green without the sub hooked up, there's a problem with the sub.
