Here is the deal

I'm new to car audio and bought a design from someone here ( un named) however when i took my mdf to a local cabinet shop they couldn't really understand his cutsheet and wanted more info.

Can someone whip up a 3-d cut sheet of this along with bracing?

Here is what i have dimension wise , The cut angle is 81 degrees

32'' x11'' top piece

32'' x 13'' bottom piece

13 ''x 14'' left side piece

30.5''x 14'' ( leave a tad long on the 14'' here) Back piece

12.25''x 14'' right side piece

31.25'' x 14'' front baffle 1

32'' x 15.5 front baffle 2

oh i forgot to add that its a ported box tuned to 28.5 hertz via a 4'' areo port

i got the one from madisound but not sure how to tune it , was told to cut off a inch from it but thought about asking you guys.

i have , they won't

He was super super helpfull untill a few days ago so im not saying names as i know the guy is really busy .....

offer still stands if i can get a drawing of this design i will pay via paypal right now !

I'd just do it out on paper, but I have a hard time deciphering my own notes/writing.... you'd never make sense of it.

IMO if you got JUST that and no blueprints with proper indication of which edges need what angles you got hosed. I hope you didn't pay more than 1$ for that.

paid 10 dollars for it , and a guy who owns his own wood shop and knows his shiz nit doesn't really understand the notes and wants everything to be perfect as its 50 bucks a hour shop rates and 30 for a sheet of mdf

Thinking of just using jl's design for the 13w7 , however i already ordered a 4'' areo port from madisound and with shipping it was 50 dollars so clearly i want to make use of it.

First of all there are free designs on this website for a plethora of different volumes/hertz.

Second, not really sure what is so hard to understand about those cuts?

Don't know how much more you can elaborate on a 32"x11" top piece, it is 32" long by 11" wide and it goes on top.

What is the "cut angle of 81 degrees" about?

You shouldn't need to have a 3-D picture to put it together. Are you putting this together or is the cabinet place?

If you gave them the same info you gave us, find a new cabinet shop.

Well i was told that by the guy who runs the place so i guess i will pick up my mdf in the morning and either change the design.

The box is a wedge shape so it fits snug in with my back seats and saves space , thats the whole reason i spent 10 on the guys plans and secondly another 50 on a areo port.

I'm thinking of just using this plan and putting in the areo port , will that work?

13W7AE-D1.5 - Car Audio - Subwoofer Drivers - W7AE - JL Audio

Go to the specs portion of the page to see their ported box which isnt that bad

I think this is right. It wasn't very hard to read.
