Help a noob with a design

Otherwise the box wouldn't be flush it would be off that 3/4 inch on the whole side. Yes it would really seem like its a typo

No typo, the right side is 3/4" shorter so the back piece goes in behind it, so you can screw the back into the right side from the back. The left side is screw from the side into the back. the first front baffle goes in between the left and right side and then the second baffle covers the first. lol maybe

LOL I drew it wrong. The back was supposed to slide in behind the right side. Of you make the right and left side the same size then reduce the back by 3/4".

It should be more like...

32'' x11'' top piece

32'' x 13'' bottom piece

13 ''x 14'' left side piece

30.5''x 14'' ( leave a tad long on the 14'' here) Back piece

13''x 14'' right side piece

31.25'' x 14'' front baffle 1

32'' x 15.5 front baffle 2

Here is the box design using the original diminsions. I had to redraw it since I did it wrong the first time. There are shots from the left and the right.

You can see the left side extends all the way back to the rear and the right side stop 3/4" from the rear so the back can extend all the way to the edge. Either design will work though.

The main problem here is not the box...you bought a JL product.
