Help a noob change up

Hi guys, I don't really post often on here but looking for some advice. Currently my sub setup is 3 JL 12w6v1 subs in a sealed at around 3-3.5 cubic feet box powered by a RF "25 to life" punch 150 amp. To me the "thump n bump" isnt enough. I don't know much of what to look at but I would love to get a deeper,louder overall better bass sound.

As for cubic feet i can max out at like 4.5 in the space I have, I prefer to stayed sealed also much be 12's for the space I have. Any suggestions that would sound better?

bigger amp is what you need and maybe a sealed 4 cube box what you really need is a ported box but if 4.5 is all you can max out then idr.

well the amp on the birthsheet is pushing 963wattsx4 ohm

oh yeah its being run in 4ohm not 1 ohm

is that rms or max because rms is what you look at i doubt it does that at 4 ohm let alone at one ohm run it down to one ohm if you can> what coil config are your subs

amp isnt 1ohm stable and its RMS

if you noticed its not the better new v2 w6's its v1 which are 300watts rms each so 900 watts is all they need.

trust me they can handle more your amp should at least be 2 ohm stable. then you should get an amp that does 1 ohm

what is the VC configuration on the subs... i know all of the v2's are D4 so no way to run at 1 ohm or 4 ohm...

well i would have but i needed a "matching" amp with my others.

i know my amp wont do 2 ohms and i was told the v1's only do 1 or 4 ohm configs but i just think they wont even be enough when i get more power to them

if they are 4 ohm we are talking: 1.34

if they are 8 ohm we are talking: 2.66

so if they are 8 ohm run it at 2.66 if 4 ohm i bet that amp will handle 1.34 those are pretty solid amps...

Edit: might be time for a DMM and check ur ohm load on the subs and at the amp...

click that and look at 12w6 thats all the info for the subs I have. Its just easier to have you guys see all the tech info.

for a DMM and check ur ohm load on the subs and at the amp.

dmm= multimeter? if so we did check them before i believe my subs were reading 6.7ohms might have been 6.x ohms cant recall right now.
