Help!!!! 99 vert mustang box design

Guys

Dont beat me up but i have a project on my hands. I need help on a design for a ported box for a single S12L7, that fits in a 99' mustang convertable. I took out my tire and jack so thats a non issue. I would like around 2cuft of air space, and tune around 32-40hz. wood and fiberglass, all fiber, all wood, any and all help would be great!!!! Im runnin a U.S. Amps MD1D @ 1ohm. I am open to eveything! I have completed all the phat mat, ran all wires, installed new head unit and now i need a box!!!

where at in socal? and how are you fitting 2ft^3 in a vert stang? you should post your dimensions

How am I supposed to help? No dimensions were provided. I could come up with millions of different designs in the range of 2 cubes @ 32-40 Hz... all with different sub/port orientations, overall dimensions, and complexity, etc. What is the max height and width you have to work with?

Well about those dimensions. The trunk is 13.0" tall but slopes down to 7.0" tall in a 18" span. So that my friends seems to be kicking me in the junk! D@mn drop top! As for the 2cubes that is what i would prefer. It could be 20"D if it had to be, and 32" wide, I not worried about using the trunk except for this sub and 2 amps. any space left over would be nice of course.

I'm a little unclear as to what you mean by the part in the trunk where it slopes down. I'm guessing this is where the top folds into? Is this in the far end of the trunk or somewhere in the middle? Possible chance of a picture?

Yes, but that involves a bunch of fiberglass work so unless this is a "fun" car, it would involve needing another car as you would need several days of inactivity to lay up the fiberglass and let it cure + all the dissassembly and reassembly of all the trunk floor components etc.

where in socal are you? it would be easier to use aero ports. who is making your box?

Dnick correct this is where the top folds in, if u open the trunk and bend down and look in, directly below the rear trunk seal 2" back starts the slope down, the material is hard plastic, and the top actually folds into a membrane, and the rear window is glass, so anyting hard would be bad under the glass. Pictures ASAP, but the trunk is empty right now, finishing phatmat

If what I've got imagined in my head is correct, I've got a few ideas. Once I see some pics + dimensions I can sketch something up for you.
