Do you have to know alarms/remote starts to get a job installing there?

No, unfortunaltly I didn't take him out to my truck because it was parked all the way out front. When I first started working there though, none of the people I work with thought this sub that I was buying at the time (MT), would be any big deal. i had the same thing with the shop that built my enclosure. they had never heard of RE and i told them to be prepared for the loudest system ever built in their shop. they are also doing a dual L5 15" sealed setup right now in the car next to mine. think hes using a brutus to power them. i cant wait to get mine and his in the same parking lot. i should walk all over him considering the ported enclosure and strapped nine.1s at 14.5 volts.

Oh god. I can't tell you how many times I've straight up had h00d ninjas whip out cash and try to buy my stuff right then and there. I've made quite a few business transactions from it...

No, some guys that install with me were brought in not knowing a thing about car stereo. One dude they just brought in from the TV department. They "train" you, which basically means you slowly start working on things as you feel comfortable doing it. At least this is how it is at my store. It helps if you know a little, which I'm sure you do considering we are on a car audio forum //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif .

It might not brighten your day, in fact you will get annoyed with it fast. Tonight one of the bay doors was open and some moron comes whipping around the corner in a Tahoe and tries to pull INTO the bay. He was going fast and came about 2 inches from ripping his side mirror off on the wall as he pulled his truck in. We were like WOAH BUDDY telling him to stop and stuff, It was funny but I swear some people are complete morons.
