So ive decided to build a 96 ah headway but when i hook up my bms it immediately starts smoking. Im sure im doing something wrong just dont know what. Any help is appreciated.

It doesn't look like that "balancing" board is meant for those cells.

That’s a 6s balancer but will still work with 4s as long as the last 2 positives are not used.
