Headunit replacing issue

Hello, I've bought a new car couple of days ago ( Peugeot 407 ) and I'm trying to change the headunit ( RD4 Radio ) with a Sony Mex-xb100bt Headunit. The problem is the Sony headunit has a 12 Pin connector : https://gyazo.com/00281402625ca738bb72c0e456f535ce and I can't find an adapter for it anywhere. I purchased a CAN-BUS adapter which came today, but it doesn't fit ( http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/c/t/ctspg007.jpg ). Any ideas how I could do this :? I don't mind losing the controls on the wheel for next song etc.
