You don't need a sub preout to add a sub. If you have a preout of any kind, you can plug it into the amp powering the sub and it will work. Most amps have a built in crossover these days, and a crossover is usually all that separates a sub preout from a regular one. If the amp has one already, you don't need another.

If you don't have any preouts, and I'm pretty sure that you do, use a line-out convertor and proceed as above.
