Head unit help

Hey guys,

I'm new to the whole car audio scene and want to start off by just keeping my Bose speaker package on my 04 avalanche and getting two 12' Image Dynamics subs. Being new to all this i have NO IDEA on what kind of head unit to get! I'm curious as to what i would need in order to have my system to be played at top quality. Furthermore, I am also on a budget, so if i have to suffer with slightly lesser quality but a far better price, I'm afraid i will have to do it. I'm sorry about being so vague in my description but its hard to say lots with something i know very little about!
